I purchased my hydria cascade fountain. Unfortunately the pump did not charge properly. Hydria were extremely helpful and quick and replaced pump, as troubleshooting led this to be the problem. The pump did not work. I was sent a replacement battery. This did not change the problem. Hydria did not give up and sent me a replacement charging cable. Lo and behold success. I am very grateful to them for their patience.

Good charger, very easy to use in your USB socket. not as bulky as the one with the plug, both very good but this one is the easiest.
