I don't live in the US or the UK. When will I be able to purchase hydria?

We are launching in the US, Canada and the UK first but expect to be in other counties soon.

hydria is out of stock, what can I do?

We expect to be back in stock very soon. Either pre-order here or provide your email address and we will contact you when we are ready to ship again.

Can I purchase spare parts?

We provide replacement remote control units, pumps, filters and cleaning kits. Please contact us for more information.

Can I return my hydria if I change my mind?

Where is my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. If you have mislaid your information please contact us.

Can I cancel my order before it arrives?

Contact us immediately and we will happily cancel your order if it has not shipped.

If you order has shipped you can return your item within 14 days of delivery provided it is unopened. Please return by tracked courier to the address provided by support
