Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hydria.

 Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note where possible we will recycle packaging to send goods out.

  • Orders placed before 2pm are processed on the same day using a 24 hour delivery service unless we are experiencing exceptionally high volumes, in which case we will endeavour to ship it as soon as possible.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and please note, we are unfortunately, unable to take responsibility for any delays due to postal service problems outside of our control.
  • If it looks as though there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation to the email address you provide us.
  • You will receive a further email notification when your order has shipped.

NOTE: If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hydrialife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently provide FREE SHIPPING for all UK purchases.

International Shipping
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
