Shipping & returns FAQs

We are launching in the US, Canada and the UK first but expect to be in other counties soon.

We ship to the US, Canada and UK.  For US and Canada orders please click here .

We expect to be back in stock very soon. Either pre-order here or provide your email address and we will contact you when we are ready to ship again.

Continuing issues related to the pandemic can affect delivery. But if you delivery is delayed we will inform you and keep you updated as best as possible. 

We provide replacement remote control units, pumps, filters and cleaning kits. Please contact us for more information.

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unopened.

In the unlikely event that your hydria ceases to work as a result of a manufacturing defect, within the terms of our Warranty Policy, we will provide a replacement at no cost. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. If you have mislaid your information please contact us.

Contact us immediately and we will happily cancel your order if it has not shipped.

If you order has shipped you can return your item within 14 days of delivery provided it is unopened. Please return by tracked courier to the following address;
