Excellent, helpful service from John and now my Hydria is working perfectly.

Hydria top cover

Brilliant it works.I went onto the troubleshooting video after my fountain stopped working and realised the cover was the issue.What a good video worth watching even if you have not got a problem as you learn about the individual parts.

Not charging.

No problem with the top cover. Problem was with broken wire within magnetic contacts on the charger. Scissors and soldering iron soon sorted that out.

Excellent customer service

A problem with my fountain was sorted quickly.
